An explosives expert showed CNN what kind of damage a pager or walkie talkie could do if rigged with explosives. Similar devices caused thousands of injuries and dozens of deaths in coordinated attacks targeting Hezbollah members in Lebanon. Israel has tacitly acknowledged its role in the attacks.
