Gemist: Sarah Hyland reveals second kidney transplant
"Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland spoke to Self Magazine about her second kidney transplant. In the past year and a half, Hyland has undergone six surgeries to treat her kidney dysplasia, endometriosis and an abdominal hernia.
